decent stay, some minor issues
excellent room fruit selection helpful staff expensive car park slow service overpriced food
the room was excellent! i booked a king suite and it was modern and clean. breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee and the fruit selection. the staff was also very helpful, which i definitely appreciated.
the car park cost £15 per night, which i think is a bit steep. i also found the restaurant food dry and overpriced, quite disappointing.

extra things fresh towels
The family room had bathrobes and chocolate. It was a nice surprise. everything was clean and there were plenty of fresh towels!!!
the car park at the rear costs £15 per night.

railway station helpful staff comfortable bed sweet snacks
The hotel's location near the railway station made arrival seamless. Staff promptly offered helpful advice about local dining and provided luggage storage post-checkout. I also enjoyed a light meal right before the kitchens closed. The bed was very comfortable, and the complimentary snacks were a sweet touch.
The bathroom door had a slight issue. It did not close completely.

tiny bathroom dust issue
The room i booked was supposedly a beautiful room. it was a disappointment. the bathroom was tiny. I think it needed a refit. there was dust present. the bed was comfortable though.
